Orders received before 2.00pm are usually despatched next working day for ‘in stock’ items or 2 to 3 working days for most other items. Normally sent out by TNT.
We may offer free delivery (mainland UK) if a certain amount is spent on the site or if we run a promotion (check the delivery banner at the top of the page for current details). In these cases, we are subsidising the cost of the courier service by paying the charges for you.
Standard carriage charges are as follows:
Mainland UK – £4.95 + VAT
Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel & Offshore Islands – £19.95 + VAT
Dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and the seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence. The goods may be delivered by the seller in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the buyer.
Where the goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by the seller to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these conditions or any claim by the buyer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the buyer to treat the contract as a whole as repudiated.
In the event that the seller is found to have a liability under these terms and conditions, or under statutory law, this liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the costs to the buyer (in the cheapest available market) of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the goods.
If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to give the seller adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the seller, the seller may: store the goods until actual delivery and charge the buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage: or sell the goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the buyer for the excess over the contract price or charge the buyer for any shortfall below the contract price.
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Beanmachines as we aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. Your order will be dispatched complete with an invoice marked paid. This is your proof of payment and guarantee.
If you wish to return an item for exchange or no longer want the item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item for a returns form that must be included with the returned item along with the original packaging.
Customers should arrange their own courier.
If you require us to arrange courier, we can do so at a cost of £15 per parcel for Mainland UK or £24.95 per parcel for Northern Ireland, Highlands, Channel & Offshore Islands.
After we have established that the item is unused and undamaged, you will be refunded the entire sales price excluding the original cost of delivery, and if applicable, the cost of the returns service.
Where you have received free carriage, it is because we have subsidised the original cost of delivery to you and given you free delivery. In this case, the actual cost of delivery will be excluded from the refunded amount (see charges on our delivery page).
Where you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a similar product, an additional delivery charge will be applicable in order for us to deliver the new item to you (see charges on our delivery page).
If an item exchange or refund becomes time consuming, an additional administration charge will be applicable at a cost of 10 – 40% of the item cost, depending on how time consuming this is. Examples of this include exchanges on more than one occasion or the time taken to sort payment disputes on PayPal.
Bespoke, specials, altered, or personalised products are excluded from this policy.
All rescue and safety PPE are non-refundable due to safety reasons.

Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within 14 working days following the date of delivery for any unused items purchased on our site under the distance selling regulations for a refund.
This does not apply to any personalised items and does not include a refund of carriage charges as outlined in the returns policy.
